Our modern approach is guided by the land and culture arounds us. We work closely with small local vendors (cheesemakers, wineries, growers) to bring the best of our island to your table. We are driven by nature and the moving seasons, we regularly rotate menu classics, introduce seasonal specials and honour local produce.
